Position Summary:
The Evening Housekeeping Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for patients and staff. This position involves performing essential cleaning tasks across various areas, ensuring a sanitary and visually appealing atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning in patient rooms, restrooms, treatment areas, conference rooms, and common spaces.
- Assist with the movement of furniture and the installation of curtains and drapes.
- Utilize equipment to remove stains from carpets and buff floors, adhering to safety protocols.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Environmental Services Department.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in sanitation, cleaning, or detail-oriented roles within institutional settings is preferred.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
