Job Description: As a Global Inside Sales Executive at Farma International, you will be responsible for preparing and following up on sales quotes, receiving and confirming customer purchase orders, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotes to secure purchase orders from valued customers.
  • Receive and confirm customer purchase orders, reviewing quantities, pricing, shipping and other details to place the order with vendors.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns quickly and professionally via email and telephone.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, and collaborate closely with team members.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Communication: Strong listening and communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven inside sales experience with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
  • Mathematical Ability: Proficiency in mathematical skills to accurately analyze sales information and interpret sales reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
