We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Land Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing land projects, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and our high standards for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site analysis and assessments for proposed land development projects.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and drawings for land development projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surveyors, architects, and environmental engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform calculations related to grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
  • Provide technical expertise during the construction phase, addressing challenges and ensuring project success.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to convey engineering concepts and project updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in land development design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong knowledge of local and state land development regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
