  • Drive sales growth in the Prepared Foods department through effective merchandising, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products and competitive pricing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Produce, Meat, and Dairy, to ensure seamless operations and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a retail environment.
