Responsibilities
This position involves coordinating events with members and community partners, contacting residents to schedule lead inspections, surveys, and HQS inspections. The coordinator will also conduct site setup activities, participate in surveying residents, track and report households in need of rightsizing, and identify available resources for residents. Additionally, the coordinator will interface with residents' families, friends, or social services providers to ensure seamless delivery of services and address relocation challenges.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalency and experience in relocation services, social services, customer service, or other similar fields. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work with diverse populations, and multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, as well as database applications, and be a creative problem-solver. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
