Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Relationship Manager to join our team at Capital One. As a key member of our Dealer Sales Pod, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer customers, ensuring seamless interactions between Capital One and our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and programs to effectively communicate with dealers and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealer customer service escalations, providing high-touch concierge service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding dealer issues, leveraging a broad variety of systems and tools to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Educate dealer customers on Capital One Auto Finance's programs, tools, platforms, policies, and procedures, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Support sales partners with business development, communicating opportunities, scheduling sales appointments, and solving dealer-related problems to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent certification
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
