Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A, you will play a pivotal role within our Sales Finance team. The ideal candidate will excel in this prominent position by delivering actionable insights derived from detailed sales analysis, continuously identifying trends, and developing meaningful metrics and analytics. You will be responsible for:
  • Analyzing and providing insights into sales and booking performance, including budget comparisons and revenue analysis.
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely production of sales reporting for weekly updates, monthly closures, and quarterly budget assessments.
  • Acting as a Business Partner for Sales in the creation of budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analyses.
  • Engaging in discussions with key stakeholders in Finance and Sales regarding findings and data interpretations.
  • Completing special projects and conducting ad hoc analyses as required.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly presentations for Sales Operations and Board Meetings.
  • Developing new metrics and dashboards to enhance business performance and intelligence.
Qualifications
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Finance, Operations Finance, or FP&A modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while keeping supervisors informed.
- Comfortable working with large datasets; experience with Power BI and Power Pivot is advantageous.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and open to change, with the ability to make decisions in uncertain situations.
- Ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues and collaborate effectively in a professional team environment.
