About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as the Vice President, School and Community Programs at Stone Alliance Group. This is a full-time, exempt position that requires a minimum of four days per week in-person work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive Fiscal Year strategic plan for school and community programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Program Development: Maintain the highest standards of care by ensuring all evidence-based treatments and educational services meet predefined quality metrics, establishing clear goals and objectives, and implementing regular evaluations.
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership and oversight to the program/department, conducting regular performance evaluations, offering coaching and development opportunities, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Partnerships and Fundraising: Collaborate with executive team leaders to identify and secure strategic and philanthropic partnerships, maintaining strong relationships with funders, and ensuring transparency and accountability in all communications.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure full compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies related to school and community-based treatments, maintaining accurate and timely reporting as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant doctoral or master's degree in mental health or education-related field required.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in clinical or educational program development, evaluation, and program design required.
  • Expertise: Expertise in youth education or mental health and passion for the mission of Stone Alliance Group.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience working in school and community settings and managing teams.
What We Offer
