Cleanroom Technician Job Description

SBM Management Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our team. As a Cleanroom Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with safety protocols and procedures to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform tasks as a team player, supporting shift leads and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Use personal protective equipment, including full-body protective wear, to maintain a sterile environment.
  • Understand and adhere to customer service standards, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing reporting systems to track and analyze data.
  • Work in confined spaces, filling in during staff shortages as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of relevant experience in a GMP/critical space environment or equivalent training, including medical assistant coursework.
  • Ability to wear a 'Bunny Suit' for extended periods and work in confined spaces.
  • Effective English communication skills, including written, verbal, and comprehension.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and general computer proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and record-keeping abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingualism is not required but is an asset.
  • English speaking and reading skills for Intel computer training.
Compensation and Benefits:
