We are seeking a talented and driven Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. Our firm is known for its collaborative and supportive culture, where attorneys are encouraged to share their knowledge and skills to help each other grow and succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration hearings
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on cases
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Interview clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys
  • Communicate with clients regularly to keep them informed of case status and progress
  • Attend court appearances and depositions
Requirements
  • Must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • Must be a member in good standing of the Michigan Bar or the prospect of getting one soon
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Must have knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial
  • Must have knowledge and experience taking and defending depositions
  • Must have excellent research and writing abilities
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic
