About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Representative to join our Operations Team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talk to customers over the phone or via email to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Engage with industry stakeholders to highlight inefficiencies and improve the customer experience
  • Take full responsibility for all issues that you come across, delivering end-to-end customer service

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and lots of drive to succeed
  • MS Office Suite Proficient
  • Highly organized
  • Energetic
  • Quick Learner
  • Takes instruction easily and follows through

Desired Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Hindi, Urdu, Yoruba, & Arabic is a plus
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree
