Job Overview

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is a key role within our Coca-Cola Consolidated team, responsible for overseeing the daily activities of warehouse personnel to ensure safe and successful completion of all related warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct warehouse teammates to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Verify and ensure adherence to all applicable warehouse processes, including damaged product check-in and handling
  • Train and evaluate warehouse personnel, striving for continuous improvements in processes and productivity
  • Communicate with other departments and stakeholders regarding process improvements, quality, and Out-of-Stocks (OOS)
  • Manage and model a safety culture, striving for 100% compliance with safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Ability to lead, coach, teach, and train in a manner that aligns with Company Purpose
  • Extensive knowledge of all Warehouse Processes and Warehouse Systems
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and think proactively
  • Strong communication skills - written and oral
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer
Work Environment

Noisy and non-temperature-controlled environment, including high and low-temperature environments.
