">Job Description
">As a Critical Care Specialist at Santa Rosa Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in an inpatient wound care setting. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver acute and rehabilitative care for individuals with select disorders of the GI, GU, and integumentary systems.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver patient care through the nursing process, ensuring effective implementation of plans and provision of individualized attention.">
- Assist with plan development, incorporating patient needs and preferences to ensure optimal outcomes.">
- Provide direct patient care, including management of abdominal stomas, wounds, drains, fistulas, wounds, and incontinence.">
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior/recent wound care experience is essential for this role.">
- A current/active RN license is required, with WOCN certification preferred.">
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing is mandatory, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.">
- BLS certification through ARC or AHA is required prior to hire.">
- A minimum of three years' clinical experience is recommended.">
