About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Seattle Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Autism Center, you will play a vital role in providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and families with serious developmental, emotional, and behavioral problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and assume primary responsibility for clinical management of patients referred to the Pediatric Feeding Program.
  • Develop and coordinate clinical orientation, continued competency, clinical standard work, and optimal professional development for the clinical team.
  • Collaborate with service line director in the hiring process for the Pediatric Feeding Program's interdisciplinary team.
  • Represent the Pediatric Feeding Program to the leadership team in the provision of overall direction for the practice of the interdisciplinary team within it.
  • Drive continuous performance improvement, quality improvement, and education and research efforts delivered by the Pediatric Feeding Program team.
Requirements
  • PhD, PsyD, or Ed.D. in psychology, with specialization in child clinical psychology from an APA-accredited training program.
  • Completion of an APA-approved internship.
  • Formal post-doctoral training in an appropriate area of specialization.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post licensure.
  • Licensed as a Psychologist in the State of Washington.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-doctoral level experience in pediatric psychology.
  • Experience in a pediatric medical setting.
  • Clinical supervision experience.
  • Minority Mental Health Specialist designation.

Seattle Children's offers a competitive salary range of $121,573 - $178,783 annual USD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
