Job Description

Job Title: Psychologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed psychologist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a psychologist, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Engage in consultations with colleagues to ensure high-quality care for all clients


Requirements:

  • Clinical licensure is required (PhD or PsyD)
  • Experience with completing diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Candidates must be able to work in Maryland with a Maryland license, or relocating to Maryland and be license-eligible
  • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy services as well as Telehealth
  • Proficient or able to quickly learn to use Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant)
