Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Teletherapy Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting virtual speech and language assessments, developing personalized therapy plans, and collaborating with parents and professionals to ensure the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Virtual Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Personalized Therapy Plans: Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring optimal progress and outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Progress Monitoring and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers, empowering them to effectively support their loved ones.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current State SLP License: Hold a current State SLP license, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Experience and Skills: Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Requirements: Ensure a fast and reliable computer and internet connection, with a compatible device for virtual therapy sessions.
