Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in Statesville, NC. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including monitoring and guiding hourly employees, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and ensuring efficient guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of hourly employees and management staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Drive sales growth and increase guest counts through effective marketing and promotional strategies
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses to achieve profitability
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume casual dining environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, increasing guest satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
