Advanced Construction Robotics, Inc. is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, implement, and test new software components for our autonomous robot construction machines. As a key member of our software team, you will work on developing innovative solutions to enhance productivity, safety, and profitability in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software modules for our semi-autonomous construction machines
- Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components
- Participate in peer review of proposed designs and code to ensure high-quality solutions
- Support other departments by helping field robot fleets and producing new robots
Requirements:
- 0-2+ years of experience or a master's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Linux and C++ software
- Knowledge of or experience in requirements-based testing or test-driven development
- US work authorization, no visa sponsorship
This is a safety-sensitive position requiring work in an equipment testing facility with various safety hazards. Team Members will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies due to these safety risks.
