* Provide behavioral support to students with complex needs, utilizing evidence-based strategies and techniques
* Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
* Conduct functional assessments and develop behavioral interventions to address challenging behaviors
* Maintain accurate records and data on student progress and behavior
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in behavior analysis and special education

Requirements:

* Valid PA Certification - Special Education (Elementary or Secondary Preferred)
* BCBA Certified Preferred
* ABA Certified Preferred
* Full disclosure of past work history
* Act 34, 151, FBI fingerprint clearances, a physical and TB test and all required paperwork
* Demonstrate aptitude for fulfillment of assigned performance responsibilities
* Must be able to make sound judgments and interact well with staff, students and parents
