Dispensary Associate

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing education on products and their effects, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide education on cannabis products and their effects.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures.
• Work directly with leadership to enhance the customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (or 18 years of age in CT, PA, and WV).
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
