Trulieve is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

• Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
• Assist patients in selecting the right products and providing education on the benefits and potential side effects of various cannabis products.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to maintain a clean and well-stocked dispensary environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or customer service a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
