Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead and coach a team of Dispensary Associates to ensure exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
  • Prior cash handling experience and management experience in retail or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
