We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakeries, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and driving innovation and efficiency in our maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production
- Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
- Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies and engineering concepts to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an automated food processing plant
- Strong knowledge of equipment setup, functions, operating procedures, and preventive maintenance techniques
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
