About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Pricing Analyst to enhance our operations. The Pricing Analyst will focus on assessing market trends, reviewing pricing strategies, and formulating competitive pricing frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of market forces, and the skill to deliver actionable insights that promote business expansion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with essential stakeholders, including but not limited to Sales, RD&A, Procurement, and Strategic Pricing Managers, to ensure a streamlined and effective pricing process.
  • Accountable for timely and high-quality price setting, maintenance, and support.
o Provide pricing suggestions to sales teams with accompanying analysis
o Coordinate the pricing process and offer support during price negotiations
o Oversee the price approval workflow

  • Monitor, safeguard, and enhance pricing margins.
  • Manage customer agreements and incentive programs.
  • Accurately interpret and implement Pricing Policies and Guidelines.
o Ensure data integrity and quality across all pricing processes and systems
o Engage in pricing projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement

  • Ensure service levels for quote turnaround, invoicing, and pricing discrepancies, along with other relevant KPIs, meet targets.
  • Support excellence in customer service regarding pricing and order-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a commercial setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, CRM systems, and pricing software.


The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.

In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contributions (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
