About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Pricing Analyst to enhance our team. The Pricing Analyst will be tasked with examining market trends, assessing pricing strategies, and formulating competitive pricing models.

The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical capabilities, a profound understanding of market dynamics, and the aptitude to deliver actionable insights that foster business growth.


Key responsibilities

  • Establish collaborations with essential stakeholders such as Sales, RD&A, Procurement, and Strategic Pricing Managers to ensure an efficient and effective pricing process.
  • Accountable for timely and quality price setting, maintenance, and support.
o Provide pricing recommendations to sales teams backed by thorough analysis.
o Coordinate the pricing process and assist in price negotiations.
o Oversee the price approval process.

  • Monitor, safeguard, and enhance pricing margins.
  • Manage customer agreements and incentives.
  • Accurately interpret and implement Pricing Policies and Guidelines.
o Ensure data maintenance and quality across all pricing processes and systems.
o Engage in pricing projects and process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure service levels for turnaround on quotes, invoicing, and pricing discrepancies, along with other relevant role KPIs, are meeting targets.
  • Support customer service excellence regarding pricing and order issues.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a commercial environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence systems, CRM systems, and pricing systems.


The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.

In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
