Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for key indirect categories, including building and providing category intelligence and expertise.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines and best-in-class practices.
  • Manage preferred suppliers for the brand, working closely with current business relationship owners to drive collaboration and deliver results.
  • Support RFP processes, negotiate with suppliers, and engage with stakeholders to build and drive collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards for non-finance managers, providing insights on compliance and value-for-money.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a matrix environment with strong procurement skills.
  • Strong MS Office proficiency required.
