Job Opportunity

Vighter is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Surgical ICU Stepdown setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a Surgical ICU Stepdown environment
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and assess patient condition, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements

  • Current Oklahoma license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions)
  • 2 years recent experience in relevant level and specialty
  • Current BLS (AHA or ARC)
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. must also be current as needed per specialty
