Vighter is seeking a skilled Surgical ICU Stepdown Nurse to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Surgical ICU Stepdown unit
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and medication administration
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, applicants must have:

  • A current Oklahoma license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions)
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (Critical Illness (ICU, PCU, or Stepdown))
  • Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. must also be current as needed per specialty
