Job Title: Registered Nurse - Critical Illness

Vighter is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Surgical ICU Stepdown unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Requirements:
  • Current Oklahoma license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions)
  • 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (Critical Illness (ICU, PCU, or Stepdown))
  • Current BLS (AHA or ARC)
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. must also be current as needed per specialty
