Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven business intelligence solutions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with business partners to determine and define development project scope and objectives
  • Manage core development of Sportsman's interface tools and custom-built applications
  • Interface with 3rd party vendor technical teams during project phases, especially for integrated services and software projects
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Develop and document SDLC processes to be used across the development team
  • Proven ability to work in an environment of shared technical resources
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements
  • Expertise with SQL, Scripting, and performance tuning required
  • Expertise with data warehouse (DW) and extract, transform, load (ETL) concepts
  • Expertise with PowerBI or similar BI tool required
  • Experience with Snowflake, Airflow, Python, and SplashBI preferred
  • Experience in Oracle EBS, E-Commerce platforms & retail environments preferred
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Intelligence or related field
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience or business intelligence analytics experience
