We are seeking an exceptional Executive Sales Professional to drive the growth of our expanding product portfolio across markets. This role is at the core of developing deep, collaborative relationships with our customers, helping solve their most difficult problems. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and be motivated by seeing the impact of their work in our financials.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, qualify, and manage the pipeline, identifying potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Sell our products, competencies, and capabilities, delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective customers and highlighting the unique value propositions of our company's offerings.
- Develop deep, collaborative relationships with our customers, establishing and nurturing strong relationships to foster loyalty and expand share of wallet.
- Deliver results that delight our shareholders, solving complex customer problems, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated history of success in specialty chemical sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by achieving and surpassing targets.
