**Job Summary**
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads through outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound sales calls to contractors, pool builders, and landscapers to promote our products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate turf and paver solutions.
- Provide product knowledge and educate customers on the benefits of our offerings.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, landscaping, or related industries.
- Strong outbound sales skills and comfort with cold calling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with turf, pavers, or landscaping products is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
