We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads through outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to contractors, pool builders, and landscapers to promote our products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate turf and paver solutions.
  • Provide product knowledge and educate customers on the benefits of our offerings.
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, landscaping, or related industries.
  • Strong outbound sales skills and comfort with cold calling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with turf, pavers, or landscaping products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
