Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct phone triage and patient education
  • Schedule appointments and referrals
  • Coordinate patient care and intake
  • Perform other related tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Valid RN license in the state of Indiana
  • One year or more of nursing experience
  • Geriatric experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and team skills
