Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform vital signs, and monitor resident health.
  • Document resident progress, concerns, and care provided.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid LPN state license.
  • Minimum of a Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
