We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Scan Coordinator - Pricing Integrity Specialist. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall price integrity in our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Price Changes: Conduct price changes, including updating shelf signs and tags, and promotional signs to ensure accurate pricing across all departments.
- Price Verification: Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and pricing signage in all departments to ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations.
- Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure that all price changes are accurately implemented and that pricing signage is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Analytical and Organizational Skills: Utilize strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total scanning programs, maintain necessary reports and schedules, and understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles and processes.
- Mathematical Skills: Possess excellent mathematical skills to accurately calculate prices and maintain pricing integrity.
- Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors in a positive and professional manner.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 months related experience, and/or training; or acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Mathematical and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent mathematical skills, and ability to understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles and processes.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors in a positive and professional manner.
- Physical Demands: Ability to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs, staple, scan, and use a computer to activate new pricing. Good vision is required to read and set signs. Ability to use a step ladder and transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs.
