Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that customers receive timely, courteous, and effective service
  • Act as a bridge between technicians and clients
  • Take responsibility for the customer experience by completing additional tasks that help the dealership create a positive impression
  • Oversee the hiring and management of technicians and service advisors
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
  • Allocate tasks among technicians
  • Prioritize necessary services
  • Guarantee a positive experience for customers at the dealership
  • Provide dedicated support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure proper handling of customer needs
  • Invest time in building strong relationships with customers
Qualifications
  • Solid technical knowledge of automotive systems
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Organized and approachable demeanor
  • Experience in a dealership setting is preferred
