Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience
  • Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and address guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Operations and Quality
  • Ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to our high standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring we have the right products at the right time.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant.
Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating our company values and behaviors.
Administrative Duties
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, AA degree preferred.
  • Must be 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, access to an automobile during shifts, and proof of vehicle insurance.
  • Must pass a background check and have access to a telephone 24 hours a day.
