    • Cultivates strong collaborative relationships with medical and nursing staff, ensuring effective communication regarding drug availability and regulations.
  • Independent Problem Solving:
    • Demonstrates the ability to resolve issues independently, including drug shortages and discrepancies.
    • Contributes to the review and enhancement of policies and medication order sets.
  • Clinical Expertise:
    • Completes comprehensive patient monitoring profiles and makes therapeutic recommendations based on established guidelines.

    • Provides training for new pharmacists and pharmacy students, facilitating their professional development.

  • Additional Duties:

Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or ambulatory care setting, or completion of a residency program.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care and service.
Licenses/Certifications:
  • Current Registered Pharmacist license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Fire Life Safety Training certification (if applicable).
