We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Brave New World. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our project managers in coordinating projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Assist project managers in coordinating field labor, providing labor feedback, procuring equipment and subcontractors, and managing document control.
- Design and Trade Coordination: Coordinate design, trade, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Budget Analysis: Support budget analysis, cost, and margin projections to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Schedule Development: Help develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: 1-3 years of related experience for Project Engineer I, 3-5 years of related experience for Project Engineer II.
- Skills: Basic skills in JDE, basic HVAC design knowledge, ability to read mechanical and plumbing drawings, competency in business writing and public speaking, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and effective communication skills for vendor and supplier management.
