About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Southern Company. As a key member of our Customer Care Center, you will be responsible for leading a team of service consultants and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service consultants to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and evaluate individual performance to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
  • Previous supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
