Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiographer to join our team in the Imaging Ortho department. As a Radiographer, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized diagnostic and technical radiographic procedures at an intermediate or beginning specialist skill level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic examinations and diagnostic procedures in one of the following specialty areas: routine mammography and breast biopsies; operating room procedures (includes overhead, fluoroscopic and portable C-arm procedures); or trauma procedures requiring use of specialized trauma equipment and techniques.
  • Schedule cases to coordinate with other patient examinations and position and transfer patients safely and comfortably.
  • Explain basic procedures and immobilize patients as necessary, practicing radiation safety procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as identified and support the values and standards of the organization.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in radiography or related field.
  • Basic Life Support certification upon hire and Registered Technologist-Radiography - ARRT certification upon hire.
  • Accredited program in radiologic technology upon hire.
