Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HEDIS and STARs measures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to close quality gaps and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with local leadership to execute quality initiatives and improve clinical documentation processes.
  • Provide education and training to PCPs and clinic staff on quality data collection and analysis.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics to ensure quality improvement.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Vocational/Professional Nurse (LVN or LPN) with 3+ years of healthcare experience, including experience in a managed care setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including databases, word-processing, and excel spreadsheets.
  • Ability to travel 75% in the Las Cruces Metro area.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of college, in pursuance of a Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis/quality chart reviews.
  • 2+ years of experience working with HEDIS/STAR measures.
