Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in an outpatient dialysis setting, where you will have the chance to build long-term relationships with patients and their families. As a nurse on our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall success of our clinic.
Requirements- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- IV certification (if required by state regulations)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body
- BONENT or CHT certification (if required by state regulation)
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting
