Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Uplift Meridian Preparatory. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our families, staff, and scholars, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to families, staff, and scholars, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and directing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Sort and disperse mail, ensuring timely delivery to the relevant departments.
  • Assist the Operations Director in establishing a positive and support-focused culture on campus.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience performing administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a customer service-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Bilingual skills, with proficiency in Spanish.
