Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Trinity Basin Preparatory. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our campus administrators, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, students, and staff.
  • Maintain accurate visitor and student sign-in/sign-out logs, ensuring compliance with campus security procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries from faculty, staff, parents, and students, resolving issues and forwarding information to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform a range of clerical tasks, including record-keeping, typing, and translating correspondence.
  • Process documents and materials, such as flyers and announcements, to disseminate information to relevant parties.
  • Receive and distribute mail, supplies, and messages, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Make school-wide announcements to notify faculty, staff, and students of important safety or security issues.
  • Communicate with parents via phone calls and the One Call system, sharing student-specific information and school-wide events.
  • Maintain accurate student lists, tracking forms, and informational reports, as required by campus administration.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ensure regular attendance and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Protect student confidentiality and adhere to all district policies, procedures, and expectations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
