We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a Critical Access Hospital in Nome, Alaska. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Job Summary:This is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a hospital setting and a valid license or certification in the state of practice. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong critical thinking ability, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
