  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor multiple operational divisions to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement annual business plans and goals, including projected revenue, expenses, and desired profit margin.
  • Lead a team of managers in responding to and managing restoration and construction projects.
  • Ensure clear communication between customers and clients to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain job processes and procedures, including safety training and guidelines.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and staff to ensure a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in the Restoration industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in industry-specific software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • IICRC certifications, including WRT and ASD, with a Master designation a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background check, subject to applicable law.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $125,000 base salary, with bonus and commission opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
