Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, and maintaining assigned contact lists.
  • Participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, and promote continuing education (CE) courses.
  • Meet sales objectives by maintaining existing customer relationships and building new customer relationships through education on the benefits of our services.
  • Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify top prospects to develop into clients.
  • Provide owners and sales and marketing managers with regular updates and insights on sales performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales and marketing success within the service sector.
  • Strong business and financial background, with a process-and-results-driven attitude.
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience.
