As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sports bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct the work of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and expenses to maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
