Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst with construction industry expertise, you will be responsible for:

  • Billing and accounts receivable management
  • General ledger maintenance and cost accounting
  • Assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and certified payroll
  • Maintaining accurate records and reconciliations
  • Handling collections and customer statements
  • Coordinating with the CFO and external accounting firm for review and audit purposes
  • Developing and implementing systems and controls to ensure data integrity

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
  • Expertise in the construction industry and construction-related billing and AIA associated paperwork
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
